For me, its about what I can bring to the table in any situation – an entrepreneurial, yet responsible and realistic fresh look at a commercial opportunity, or business challenge. Business is supposed to be exciting and challenging – and sometimes even frustrating – but it is also supposed to be fun!

I am a confident, ambitious and commercially-minded individual offering a experience and understanding of commercial and content models within portal, agency, content publishers and converging markets. I have also been fortunate enough to have developed, launched and managed some of the highest profile UK websites (including Virginmedia.com and Visitlondon.com).

Entering a company and creating, streamlining or fixing new or existing business streams is a key part of my make up, which is evident when viewing my employment history over the past near decade. But seeing these to completion is key… it’s all very well having great concepts – but can they actually be delivered? This is the real test, and is the true test of character and business understanding – and a large part of how I benchmark my personal and professional success.

Also key is to forge great working relationships not only internally, but also making and keeping contacts. I pride myself on a strong network – some of whom I have been fortunate to know since I began my career, and some who I am lucky to have just met. Keeping contacts over time is the real proof of delivery.
